RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The Run is open for participation by Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia of all ages.

  2. A parent or a guardian must accompany participating children under the age of 12 on the event day.

  3. The Run shall be conducted under the rules of Malaysian Athletics Federation(MAF) as well as a set of competition rules. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these Rules and Regulations of the Event from time to time as they deem fit. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, the Organiser shall be the authority to interpret the rules. It is the responsibility of Participant to keep abreast with any changes.

  4. There will be no refund for wrongful or multiple entries. Substitution or changing of categories is NOT allowed. Please ensure that you select the right category you are eligible to participate in accordance with your age qualification.

  5. If a participant who has registered chooses to withdraw for any reasons, his/ her entry fees will not be refunded.

  6. There will be no refund of entry fees, if the event is cancelled for reasons of force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents beyond the control of the organizers which renders it impossible or unsafe to hold the event.

  7. While the organizers will undertake all safety precautionary measures for the safety of participants during the event, all participants take part in this run at their own risk. The Organizer, KELAB PENCINTA FISIOLOGI will not be in any way responsible for any injuries, death or for any loss of their personal belongings during or after the Run.

  8. The decision of the Competition Committee is final when accepting entries.  The organizers have the right to refuse an entry without having to disclose a reason.

Entry Fee

  • All participants are required to complete the Online Registration entry form with accurate and correct information. 

  • Once the registration is being processed, there will be no refund will be made for the incorrect or multiple entries or participants who wish to withdraw from the competition.

  • The race registration will be only confirmed when full payment of race registration fee has been made. Payments of registration fee can be made either by cash or remitting to the Organiser’s bank account  Kelab Pencinta Fisiologi (Maybank : 5647 6231 1100). The payment should be made within 48 hours and please email your payment slip to funrun.physiology@gmail.com

  • A race registration confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 7 working days from the successful registration date, please contact our general line 603 9145 8604 or email us at funrun.physiology@mail.com

  • Race category or race entry is not transferable.

Race Kit Collection:

Date     : 24 & 25th November 2016

Time     :10.00am – 5.00 pm

Venue  : Lobi Bangunan Praklinikal, Fakulti Perubatan, Pusat Perubatan UKM, Cheras.

 

Note:

​

  • All the race kits without any special arrangement with the organizer and not collected during the stipulated collection date, will be deemed as unwanted and the Organizers shall be at liberty to dispose or re-distribute them accordingly.

  • Any late collection of race kit(s) without prior agreement/arrangement with the organizer will be charged RM 10.00 per race kit as the late collection fee. So, please ensure to collect the race kit on the stipulated collection days.

  • There will be NO distribution of kits on race day.

  • For collection of 10 race kit and above, please email your bulk collection name list (full name and IC number of each participant) to funrun.physiology@gmail.com latest by Monday 17th November 2016.
